How are you all doing? Here at Wild Heart Yoga we have been busy making plans to fit in with the new government guidelines.

Fancy a change of scenery? We invite you to join us outdoors for the day at Reindeer Cottage, Knutsford.

🌿SUNDAY 14TH JUNE🌿

We are so excited to announce that we are planning a day retreat for all of you at our home. The day will start with a morning sunshine flow to awaken your mind, body and soul, followed by some time in the fresh air indulging in a delicious nutritious brunch. We will then move on to our afternoon workshop where we will dive deeper into our practice, this will be a chance to have a play around with some new postures and ask any questions you wish! This retreat will be dedicated to having some you time with the intention of helping release any stress that has built up over the lockdown period. Whether you want to learn something new, develop your current practice or just simply escape to a little hideaway this day will be perfect for you! 🌻

This retreat is open to all levels. In Keeping with the current guidelines, there will be a maximum of 6 places on the retreat.

All social distancing guidelines will be followed.

£35 per head. Includes all classes, food and drinks.
