"I am a huge believer that movement is medicine and that yoga has a space for everyone, any age, any ability. I am qualified in both Sports Therapy and Vinyasa Yoga with a passion to combine the two in order to improve individuals over all health and wellbeing, to express that not one size fits all and that we are all unique in our own way. Forever learning, forever being inspired. " 

Our dream together is to create a safe space, a community that people can join from all over the world. To be a part of something all together. To step out of our comfort zones, go to back to our roots and move in a way that feels right for our unique bodies. Sticking together, Supporting one-another and Growing together.

Jane Knight

"I first qualified as a nurse in 1983 working in the hospital and community before seeding many years working in public health. I then qualified as a 200hr Vinyasa Flow yoga Teacher and Pre and Post Natal teacher with my two daughters. Since then I have had the privilege of combining all of my lobes experiences and passion to enable individuals of all ages to find strength and balance in both the mind and the body through yoga. 

Hannah Knight

"My yoga journey began over a decade ago whilst recovering from knee surgery. since then I have realised how much of a powerful tool yoga can be for healing and maintaining a strong. healthy and balanced body and feel passionately about sharing this practice with others. I am currently trained in Pre/Post and Baby Yoga and hope to develop courses for chronic pain sufferers in the future. I am a big believer that yoga has a space for everyone.
