Class Schedule

Yoga is for everyone. 

However it is important that we state that by booking onto our classes you are agreeing to listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day. We please ask that, if at any time during the class you feel discomfort or strain to gently come out of the posture. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your doctor first. Similarly if you are pregnant follow the recommended practice only.

We truly believe that yoga contributes to many mental, emotional and physical benefits however, the techniques and suggestions presented in our practices are not intended to substitute for proper medical advice.
